friendshipstermermaid: It’s sad that so many people thought that the FAKE comic showing Calvin on his meds doing his book report and then Hobbes becoming a stuffed animal was real. This is the real last Calvin and Hobbes strip from December 31st 1995. Full of optimism just as it should have been. Bill Watterson wouldn’t have retired with a depressing strip. The fact that that picture of the fake one had over 30,000 notes on it is really sad. I only recently learned that the other one was a fan-made comic. How dare they mess with my emotions like that.
